Why approval document failed to download during portal registration?
This information shall respond to query concerning the failure when downloading approval document.

This is to inform all the users who are in the process or will perform registration process in INSW Portal. This information shall respond to query received by INSW Preparation Team concerning the failure when downloading approval document.
Technically, process to download approval document are as follow:
1.User has received registration number
2.Approval document can be re-download by using registration number and registered email address
3.The format of approval document will be in PDF format ( portable document format )
4.When user presses the download button, browser will open the PDF file by default.
By default, approval document can be read directly from the browser. Problems may persist when the browser used by the user can not support the file in PDF format. To overcome with this problem, please follow the following instructions:
1.Use high speed internet access
2.Please set your browser to recognize PDF file:
a.For Mozilla Firefox browser, please refer to the above image
b.Please make sure that PDF Reader software (or adobe acrobat reader) has been installed in your computer
c.In browser, open Tools menu, select Options as appear in image above
d.Select Content Type column and select Adobe Acrobat Document / PDF File
e.In Action column select PDF document reader application which already installed in your computer. The example as shows in image above use Adobe Reader 7.0 ( Default )
f.Alternatively, user may save PDF file without open the document and select Save file in action column.
3.For Mozilla Firefox user please adjust your browser to recognize file in PDF format
