What should be done throughout registration process in INSW Portal
Importer and Customs Forwarder (PPJK) who operate its importation activities using BC 2.0 (PIB) is required to register to INSW Portal

NSW Portal Registration Processes are as follow :

  1. Fill the registration form available in NSW Portal System, the data shall be send after the form fills accurately and completely.
  2. After the data being sent , user is advised to download INSW Portal User Approval Form
  3. INSW Portal shall send registration number to the user’s registered email address
  4. Provide complimentary documents, such as :
    • Stamped statement letter which clearly stated agreed to use INSW Portal and signed by the Head of the Company
    • Authorization Letter to assigned officer from the Company to act as administrative officer
    • Company’s facilities decision letter, such as :
      1. Priority Importer – Priority Facility Decision Letter
      2. Customs Forwarders – Customs Forwarder Decision Letter
      3. General Importer – not required to provide the Facility Decision Letter
  5. User shall lodged those 3 (three) items to INSW Center
  6. User will receive user ID and password within 3 working day (maximum) after the document received

During registration process, user is able to check the status of registration by using their email address and registration number in INSW Portal.
